Remote guidance for California Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) owners and prospective owners. Consulting and educational services only; applicable agencies make all licensing and program decisions.
RCFE STARTUP CONSULTING — $4,000
Remote help planning and starting an RCFE, plus organization and preparation of the licensing application package. Printing is included; clients pay required state and agency fees. You sign the prepared package; RJ mails it after the $2,000 balance is paid. Payment: $2,000 deposit, then $2,000 balance due before application shipment. No licensing approval is guaranteed.
RCFE LICENSING ASSISTANCE — $3,000
For owners with a plan who need help organizing and preparing their licensing application materials. Deposit: $1,500; remaining balance: $1,500.
ASSISTED LIVING WAIVER PROGRAM CONSULTING — $2,000
Preparation and coordination guidance for the Assisted Living Waiver Program, including help organizing materials and understanding Residential Habilitation coordination. Deposit: $1,000; remaining balance: $1,000. Participation, approval, claims, and payments are determined by agencies and programs and are not guaranteed.
STRATEGY CONSULTATION — $250
A 60-minute Zoom session with a written next-step roadmap. Pay first, then schedule through Calendly.
