Guidance from the first idea to opening day, from someone who has built and runs his own facility.

  • Help thinking through whether a property and layout are a good fit
  • Staffing and operations planning
  • A step-by-step roadmap of the startup and licensing process

Best for: people who are serious about opening an RCFE in California and want a guide through the whole process.

For owners who already have a plan and need help with the licensing paperwork.

Ongoing monthly support for ALWP facilities with residents on Residential Habilitation (RH) packages.

  • Keeping your RH documentation organized month to month
  • Practical guidance from an owner who bills RH for his own San Diego facility

Pricing: $199 per resident per month. One flat fee covers both basic ALW billing and Residential Habilitation (RH) billing.

Best for: ALWP facilities that want reliable help with RH packages and claims without hiring billing staff.
